About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Mega Move India Private Limited, Mumbai, India ("Mega Move India", "we", "us"), the maker of Moviqo. They cover the website at moviqo.in and the Moviqo app at app.moviqo.in (together, "Moviqo").
If you use Moviqo for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that company. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
The service
Moviqo is an operations CRM for freight forwarding, transport, fleet and social media work. We provide it "as is" and "as available". We keep improving it, so features may be added, changed or removed.
- Self sign-up for company accounts is coming soon. Until then, the sign-up form on moviqo.in only registers your interest.
- The cargo fit check gives an indicative result from the sizes and weights entered. It is not a booking, a stowage plan or a carrier's acceptance; always confirm with the carrier.
- Rates, validity dates and other figures are only as accurate as what you and your vendors enter.
- Drafts from Moviqo AI and actions by the Claude connector must be checked by a person. You remain responsible for what you save, quote and send.
Accounts
- User accounts are created by your company's Moviqo admin, or by us when we set up your company.
- Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us straight away at info@megamoveindia.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- Your company's admins decide who has access, to which workspaces and with which role, and can remove access at any time.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Moviqo for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful, or to store data you have no right to use;
- try to reach data or functions your role does not allow, get around the access controls or the copy guard, or test or attack Moviqo's security;
- upload malware, or content that infringes other people's rights;
- copy or resell Moviqo's software, reverse engineer or scrape it, or put unreasonable load on it;
- use the Social workspace for spam or for content that breaks the rules of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X or YouTube;
- use the Claude connector in a way that breaks Anthropic's terms.
Your data
The records, files and other content your company puts into Moviqo remain your company's property. You give us permission to host, process, back up and display that data only as needed to provide Moviqo to you, to keep it secure and to meet the law. We do not sell it.
You are responsible for having the right to put that data into Moviqo, including personal data about your customers, vendors, drivers and contacts. If your company stops using Moviqo, ask us and we will help you take a copy of your data before it is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
Connected services
Moviqo can connect to services run by others, such as Claude (Anthropic) and the social networks. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, their changes or how they handle data they receive. You can disconnect them at any time.
By using Moviqo's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Availability
We work to keep Moviqo available and to back it up every night, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance, and will try to give notice of planned work. Keep your own copies of documents you cannot afford to lose.
Fees
We will agree any fees for Moviqo with your company before they apply. Nothing is charged through the sign-up form.
Our intellectual property
Moviqo's software, design, name and logo belong to Mega Move India. These terms give you the right to use Moviqo as described, not ownership of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
Limits of liability
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill or data.
- Commercial and operational decisions taken with Moviqo, including rates quoted, margins and cargo fits, remain yours.
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about Moviqo is limited to the fees you paid us for Moviqo in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Suspension and ending
You can stop using Moviqo at any time. We may suspend or end access for an account or company that breaks these terms or puts Moviqo, its users or others at risk; where we reasonably can, we will tell you first. After an account ends, your data is handled as set out in the privacy policy and on Delete your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with a new date and, for significant changes, tell the admins of company accounts before the changes take effect. If you keep using Moviqo after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about Moviqo.
