Quoting
How do you quote an ODC move in Moviqo?
Register the enquiry with the pickup and delivery places and the cargo's dimensions and weight; the cargo check shows which pieces will not go in a closed container and lists each piece's size and weight. Whether the move is ODC, and which permits it needs, is judged against road limits, not container sizes. Add your heavy-haul vendors as vendor sections, record their prices, and quote the customer per trip, per ton or per km with your margin.
When details are missing, Mega Move India's procedure asks road customers for pickup and delivery addresses with PIN, the vehicle type, the weight and the loading date in the acknowledgement.

How do you keep vehicle documents from expiring?
Record each vehicle's national permit, insurance, PUC and road tax with their numbers and from and till dates, and each driver's licence with its expiry date. The document expiry report lists what has expired or expires within 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, and which vehicles are missing key documents. Fitness and other vehicle documents are not tracked yet.

How do you know what each vehicle earns?
The vehicle P&L report adds each own vehicle's trip freight and its monthly rent (by the days in the period), and shows the freight per km run. Trip expenses, detention and workshop costs cannot be entered yet, so today the report shows what a vehicle earns, not its profit.

Scope
What does Moviqo not do for transporters?
It does not generate lorry receipts or e-way bills and does not raise invoices or vendor bills. Trip sheets record the LR and e-way bill numbers you generate on the GST e-way bill system or in your own books. Trip expenses, detention and workshop costs cannot be entered yet.

What should transport software for an Indian fleet track?
At least enquiries and quotations, trips with LR and e-way bill numbers, vehicle and driver documents with their expiry dates, and what each vehicle earns. Moviqo covers enquiries, quotations, trips and the main vehicle and driver documents for road, ODC and own-fleet work, and shows each vehicle's freight and rent; it does not generate LRs, e-way bills or invoices.
Does Moviqo work for ODC and heavy-haul transporters?
Yes. It was built by Mega Move India, which moves ODC and heavy-lift cargo, and it tracks hydraulic axles, trailers and pullers, and the heavy-haul vendors with the routes they serve.
Can I track trailers given out on monthly rental?
Yes. Rentals record vehicles on monthly hire with customers, and the rent counts in each vehicle's P&L and in its busy days.
How is fleet utilisation calculated?
For each own active vehicle, busy days are the days on trips or rentals, each counted once, set against idle days, with the km run and the loaded share.
