About Moviqo

What is Moviqo?

Moviqo is an operations CRM, web software for freight forwarders, project-cargo and transport companies, made by Mega Move India Private Limited in Mumbai. Every enquiry gets an RFQ number first, and vendor pricing, rate sheets, the cargo check, the quotation and the job all follow that number until the cargo is delivered.

Who makes Moviqo?

Mega Move India Private Limited, a Mumbai company in freight forwarding, project cargo, heavy lift, ODC, breakbulk, chartering and transport. Moviqo was built for its own desk; the founder and managing director is Hitesh Kaswan. About Moviqo

Who is Moviqo for?

Freight forwarders, project cargo and heavy-lift forwarders, transporters and fleet owners, mainly in India. It has four workspaces: Freight Forwarding, Transport, Fleets and Social, and each person sees only the ones an admin gives them.

Is Moviqo freight forwarding software or a CRM?

Both, in the sense that matters: it is a CRM for customers and enquiries that also holds the forwarding work itself, from vendor pricing and rate sheets to quotations and jobs. It is not an accounting or customs filing system.

Is Moviqo connected to any movie or entertainment app?

No. Moviqo at moviqo.in is business software for freight forwarding, project cargo and transport teams, made by Mega Move India in Mumbai. It has nothing to do with films or streaming.

Pricing and getting started

How much does Moviqo cost?

Prices are not published yet. Company accounts open soon; register your interest and Mega Move India will contact you to talk through your desk before anything is charged.

When can my company sign up?

Company accounts open soon. Registering interest on the Create account page puts you on the list, and we contact you to set up your company's workspaces and users.

Is there a free trial or a free plan?

None has been announced. Registering interest is free and creates no account and no charge.

Is there a mobile app?

No app-store app: Moviqo runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, at app.moviqo.in.

Can I paste rate sheets and cargo lists from Excel?

Yes. Rate sheet lines and cargo package rows can be pasted straight from Excel, and Moviqo AI drafts rate sheets from PDF, Excel or CSV files, and RFQs from enquiry mails, for a person to check and save.

RFQs, quotations and jobs

How does Moviqo number RFQs?

Every enquiry gets an RFQ number on registration, such as MMIPL26100. Quotations are numbered from it (MMIPL26100-Q1) and the job number is the RFQ number itself, so one number runs from acknowledgement to delivery. RFQ management

What is the minimum needed to register an RFQ?

The customer or requester, the origin and the destination. Everything else can be added later, and the desk adds the open questions to the acknowledgement.

Does Moviqo stop duplicate RFQs?

Yes. It refuses to create a second RFQ for the same mail thread, the same source reference or an RFQ number already in the subject, and returns the existing RFQ instead.

Does the quotation PDF show my buy rates?

No. The customer PDF shows the sell side only; buy rates and margin stay inside Moviqo. Quotations and jobs

How does Moviqo calculate margin?

As a markup on buy: margin % = (sell − buy) ÷ buy × 100. Buy, sell, margin and margin % are shown live on every quotation.

Rates and vendors

How does Moviqo handle rate sheet validity?

Every rate sheet needs a valid-from and a valid-till date. Moviqo works out active, upcoming and expired from them, drops expired sheets from rate search, and flags sheets ending within 7 days for renewal. Rate sheet validity guide

How does Moviqo know which vendors to send an RFQ to?

From vendor routes: the lanes, cargo and equipment each vendor serves, learned from its rate sheets and quotes and added by hand. On each RFQ, Moviqo lists the vendors to float it to, breakbulk included.

Can I compare quotes from several vendors on one RFQ?

Yes. Each vendor has its own section under the RFQ with status, validity, transit, free days and charge lines, and a re-quote raises that section's revision. Vendor pricing

Which vendor documents can Moviqo track?

Any file you add, with a checklist that shows the GST certificate, PAN card, MSME or Udyam certificate and cancelled cheque as on file or missing, and a company profile for vendors outside India.

Cargo and OOG

Can Moviqo check whether cargo fits a flat rack or an open top?

Yes, as an indicative first check. Paste a colli list and each piece gets a fit from 20' GP to open top, flat rack or breakbulk, with over-width per side and over-height. Confirm with the line. OOG cargo check

How does Moviqo calculate freight tons (W/M)?

For each piece it takes the higher of the weight in tonnes and the volume in cbm, then adds the pieces up. Freight tons explained

Does Moviqo flag breakbulk and heavy lift?

Yes. A piece that no container takes is called breakbulk with the reason (weight, length, width or height), and any piece of 40 t or more is marked heavy lift.

Transport, fleet and reports

Does Moviqo work for transporters and ODC moves?

Yes. The Transport workspace registers road and ODC enquiries under an RFQ number and quotes them per trip, per ton or per km; the Fleets workspace keeps own vehicles, drivers, documents, trip sheets and rentals. Moviqo for transporters

Can Moviqo track vehicle document expiry?

Yes, for insurance, national permit, PUC and road tax, and for drivers' licences. The document expiry report lists what has expired or expires within 7, 30, 60 or 90 days.

What reports does Moviqo have?

Five: RFQ pipeline, margin per job, vehicle P&L, fleet utilisation and document expiry. The first four run for periods in IST, including the April to March financial year; document expiry is as of today. Admins can export any report to CSV. Reports and dashboards

Claude and Moviqo AI

Does Moviqo work with Claude?

Yes. Through Moviqo's MCP connector, Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, works inside Moviqo with your own role: it can register RFQs, record vendor pricing, store rate sheets, draft quotations and update jobs, and every change is audited as Claude. Claude connector

Can Claude send emails or publish posts on its own?

Not through Moviqo: its connector cannot send mail, Claude is instructed to ask before sending from your own mail, social posts it drafts go to an admin's review by default, and it is instructed to ask before replying to a comment.

What is Moviqo AI and where does it run?

Moviqo AI is a built-in assistant running an open-source model on Moviqo's own server. It drafts RFQs, rate lines and vendor routes for a person to review, and answers questions from your records without changing them.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Mega Move India does not use your data to train AI models. If you connect Claude, Anthropic processes the data for your requests under your own Anthropic account terms, including any training choice you make there.

Data and security

Where is Moviqo data stored?

On a server in a Mumbai data centre, in India. Records leave India only when you connect Claude or publish to a social network, and then only what that action needs. Where data is stored

Who can see our rates and margins?

Only people in your company with the right workspace and role; an admin decides both. Customers never see buy rates; copying, printing and saving pages are turned off in the browser for staff other than admins; and screens carry a faint watermark with the person's name, email and the time.

Is every change recorded?

Yes. The audit trail records who changed what and when, and whether the change came from a person or from Claude. Only admins can delete customers, vendors, RFQs, rate sheets, quotations and leads.

Can I have my data deleted?

Yes. Email info@megamoveindia.com with the subject "Delete my Moviqo data", and we delete it within 30 days of confirming the request. The data deletion page explains the steps, including disconnecting social accounts.

What Moviqo does not do

Does Moviqo file customs documents or connect to ICEGATE?

No. Moviqo records the shipping bill or bill of entry number and date on the job, but filing stays with your customs broker and their software.

Does Moviqo raise GST invoices or vendor bills?

Not today. Moviqo shows each job's revenue, cost and margin from its cost lines and records invoice numbers; invoices, bills and GST filing stay in your accounting software.

Does Moviqo generate lorry receipts or e-way bills?

No. Trip sheets record the LR and e-way bill numbers.
