Moviqo's reports turn the records your team already keeps into five reports, RFQ pipeline, margin per job, vehicle P&L, fleet utilisation and document expiry, with periods in IST and the April to March financial year. Live dashboards show today's work and refresh every 30 seconds.

What does the live dashboard show?

On the Freight Forwarding dashboard the alerts come first: RFQs awaiting acknowledgement, vendor pricing pending for more than 24 hours, quotes due today and rate sheets expiring in 7 days. Below them:

  • RFQs today and this month, open RFQs and how many are with the customer
  • Quotations sent and accepted, RFQs won this month and the win rate
  • Jobs running, and job profit in INR for jobs opened this month
  • RFQs received per day for 30 days, and the pipeline by status, each bar opening its list
  • Live activity across RFQs, jobs, quotations, rate sheets, vendors and customers, with Claude's changes marked "Claude"
  • Jobs sailing or arriving in the next 7 days, and each person's open RFQs, quotes due and jobs

The Social workspace has its own live dashboard: followers, posts, approvals, engagement and the best times to post.

Five reports

Which reports does Moviqo include?

Each report works from fixed definitions, so the numbers mean the same thing to everyone who reads them.

  • 01 · RFQ PIPELINE

    How fast do we acknowledge and quote?

    RFQs received in the period: the share acknowledged and quoted, with median times; won, lost and open; win rate; and a breakdown by status, customer, lane, mode and owner. Open RFQs are listed oldest first.

  • 02 · MARGIN PER JOB

    Which jobs make money?

    Jobs opened or completed in the period: revenue and cost from the job cost lines in INR, margin and margin %, lowest first and by customer, with loss-making jobs and jobs below 5% margin called out, and the share of costs still estimated.

  • 03 · VEHICLE P&L

    What does each vehicle earn?

    For own vehicles: trip freight and monthly rent (by the days in the period), with freight per km run. Trip expenses, detention and workshop costs have no entry screen yet, so they are not set against it today.

  • 04 · FLEET UTILISATION

    How busy is the fleet?

    For own active vehicles: busy days on trips and rentals (each day counted once), idle days, km run and the loaded share.

  • 05 · DOCUMENT EXPIRY

    What runs out next?

    As of today: vehicle documents (national permit, insurance, PUC and road tax) and driving licences that have expired or expire within 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, and vehicles missing key documents.

  • PERIODS & EXPORT

    Which periods can you choose?

    This or last month, the last 30 days, a quarter, the financial year April to March, all time or custom dates, in IST; document expiry is always as of today. Admins can export any report to CSV.

Definitions

How is win rate calculated?

Win rate = won ÷ (won + lost). RFQs that are still open count neither way, so a busy month of new enquiries does not drag the rate down. In a month with 18 RFQs won, 12 lost and 25 still open, the win rate is 18 ÷ (18 + 12) = 60%. (Sample numbers.)

Margin per job uses the job's cost and revenue lines: margin = revenue − cost, and margin % = margin ÷ revenue × 100. A job with revenue of ₹6,50,000 and cost of ₹5,72,000 has a margin of ₹78,000, or 12%. (Sample numbers.) On a quotation, by contrast, margin % is a markup on buy.

Reports and dashboards: common questions

Do Moviqo reports follow the Indian financial year?

Yes. The RFQ pipeline, margin per job, vehicle P&L and fleet utilisation reports can be run for the April to March financial year, as well as this or last month, a quarter, the last 30 days, all time or custom dates, all in IST; document expiry is always as of today.

Can I export a report to Excel?

Yes, as CSV: admins can download any report as a CSV file, which opens in Excel or Google Sheets.

Who can see the reports?

Each report is shown to the roles and workspaces it belongs to, so fleet reports go to the fleet team and forwarding reports to the forwarding desk. Admins see every report.

Is margin per job shown in INR?

Yes. Each cost and revenue line on a job carries its currency and its INR value, and the report adds them up in INR.

How often does the live dashboard update?

Every 30 seconds while the page is open, and again as soon as you come back to the tab.
