Moviqo is its software product. The RFQ numbers in the examples on this site (MMIPL…) and the procedure built into the app come from that working desk.
Why it exists
Why did a forwarder build its own CRM?
Because the day-to-day work of a forwarding desk did not fit a general CRM. Enquiries arrive by email, WhatsApp and phone. Vendor rates arrive as monthly sheets, each with its own validity. Project cargo arrives as a colli list that decides the equipment before anyone can ask a line. And the story of one enquiry ends up spread across mailboxes and spreadsheets.
Moviqo puts that story under one number. Every enquiry is registered first and gets its RFQ number; the acknowledgement, the vendor rate requests, the quotation and the job carry it until the cargo is delivered. The rules that matter on that desk are built in: check the active rate sheets before mailing a vendor, never quote an expired rate, never show buy rates to a customer, and record why an enquiry was lost.

Who is behind Moviqo?
Hitesh Kaswan is the Founder and Managing Director of Mega Move India Private Limited. He has 15 years of experience in breakbulk, out-of-gauge (OOG) cargo and chartering, and owns the RFQ and rate sheet procedure that is built into Moviqo. How is Moviqo run today?
Moviqo is used by Mega Move India's own team. It runs in the browser at app.moviqo.in, on a server in a Mumbai data centre, and company accounts for other forwarders, project cargo specialists and transporters open soon. Until then, register your interest and we will contact you.
Moviqo is an operations record, not an accounting or customs filing system: invoices, GST filing and customs declarations stay in the software you use for them. The FAQ lists what it does not do.
